Q. How do I place an order via the telephone?
A. Please select your items and add to your basket once you have registered with All Mower Spares. From there you should go to the check-out area and select Phone Payment as your method. Continue to complete your order. We will then phone you or there will be a number shown to call and provide credit card details.
You can also contact us via phone and we will manually do the order for you. 

Q. Are McCulloch part numbers the same as Husqvarna?
A.
Yes, Husqvarna owns the brand McCulloch and if you are trying to find a McCulloch part and see it is listed as a Husqvarna part it will be the same item. This also applies for AYP, Craftsman, Jonsered & Poulan Pro.

Q. Do you purchase parts direct from the US and other Countries for customers?

No, Sorry but we support the Australian importers and suppliers and do not purchase parts for customers from the US to sell. All parts are supported by suppliers here in Australian and the warranty period is valid through these same suppliers.

Q. Do you offer Trade discounts?
A.
Yes, we certainly do offer trade discounts for all commercial users around Australia. We sell in all states and offer a trade discount across our range. We request that all Commercial users contact us direct to discuss bulk purchases.
