Advantages: Great prompt service with parts that work!

Disadvantages: NONE!

It was great that the part was available from All Mower Spares as I have not been able to get them from anywhere else.

Advantages: The parts were available and easy to purchase.

Disadvantages: It would have been nice to have been advised that the parts take a little longer to be delivered due to the fact that they have to be ordered in before they can be posted out.
